Explanation: Just to elaborate a little on the answer, it can be added that since Trevor and his family are not satisfied with the verdict of the district court, or the trial court, even though they cannot directly appeal the verdict, since it is final, they can take their case to the circuit court, or court of appeal, and argue that the judge of the district court made a mistake when handling their case.
