The Great Depression was a result of surplus product and surplus capital. The peak of financial boom of the economy resulted in a sudden drop. The unmanaged financial obligations on loans,  investments, and products that were no longer in demand created massive unemployment and crash of businesses.

This made an impact on Oklahoma when it experienced drought during this time. Japan was still agricultural based economy more than half of its population were unemployed.

VMariaS [17]
The rule of Pericles was simply a period of time after the Persian Wars, where Athens was trying to recoup from the war. Oftentimes, this was used to build up the treasury to ensure that Athens would return back to its originally glorious state.

Answer:

World powers contributed more troops to United Nations peacekeeping forces

Explanation:

According to both Source 1 and Source 2, it is described that the UN peacekeeping has come under increased scrutiny based on how they acted or failed to act in peacekeeping missions.

In Source 2, Rwandan professor Joseph Nsengimana spoke on how the UN soldiers allowed the local militia to maim and murder over 3 million people in the Rwandan genocide and how they let the Rwandan people down.

The events described in Source 2 influenced world powers’ stance on foreign intervention in the late 1990s and early 2000s by making them contribute more troops to United Nations peacekeeping forces.
