Why shouldn't librarians ban inappropriate books from school libraries?

I don't think they should band them because we are going to need to know/ find out sometime in our lifetime on the topic the book is talking about. just like having a book about God in a library, what if one day you decide to give your life to him and that book that talked about how and explained the steps to help you get there use to be there and now was not....???
