Water (at least 2 L per day), meat, eggs, vegetables, milk and fruits.

Eat this kind of food every day, that's how you can improve your exercise workout.

Explanation:

Water gives H20, that is really important for the protein synthesis and peptide bonds, the mitochondria could multiplicate easier. Hydrogen bonds are really important for keeping the body in a right function!

with meat you gain proteins, preferible chicken meat is really good, and eggs! all the amino acids are found in the egg. Eating this you gain proteins that your body with helps of the water synthesize on your own benefit.

Vegetables have Ca2+ really important for the brain and the neural transmissions.

Milk will bring other proteins that you can't find in meat like lactose.

And fruits gives you sugar, specially banana, that is in other words energy, is always better the sugar that comes from a fruit that the one that we found in a cola, ice cream, chocolate etc.
