There are several factors which are required for a better adaptability in a new workplace. As far as medical field is concerned, it demands alot of hardwork and resilience.

I have a very hardworking nature through which i try to create my worth in new place. This helps me in not getting afraid of difficult task and take them as a challenge to reach the next step. I come out of my comfort zone to not only fulfill my responsibilities but also help my workplace to bring best out of me through discussion and open mindedness.
