each buss costs b price
2 busses so 2b=buss price
20 is tip PER DRIVER, so times 2 because 2 busses so 2 drivers (40)
total is 240 max

tip+busscost=240
40+2b=240
hmm, that's not an option

we can undistribute the 2
2(20+b)=240
