Can you write a blog entry (200 words) explaining what you think happened to the missing helicopter?

English

Answer: The disappearance of a helicopter of the coast of scottland, leaves many unanswered questions and uncertainties. The pilot of the helicopter reported, that everyone was unharmed and in good health. Does that truly make sense, considering that both the captains and all twelve of the soldiers aboard would disappear over twelve hours afterward, and never send out a distress signal? Also for the helicopter and all clues to the mystory is completly a dead end, nothing is certain. I for one, believe I know what happened on that helicopter that day. I personally have many theories on what happened to the people aboard the helicopter. One of my theories on what happened aboard the helicopter is that it may have been hijacked by enemies from another country, or even someone with unpleasant intentions. Their is also the possibility that the helicopter crashed unexpectedly from something like engine faliure. The passengers and pilot would have crashed in land or sea. This may not make sense since the ocean and land was cheaked. Of course they may have not looked that exact location. My number one theory on this inccident, is that the pilot got lost while in flight. That would explain why the people who went searching for them were not able to find them since they did not crash. They may have crashed if they ran out of fuel before finding a place to land. I don't exclude the possibility of their deaths but I also do not exclude to slight possibility of them surviveing on a island, or a more outcome.

The __________ postulates that individuals engaging in a new behavior, such as adopting a regular exercise program, move through
dlinn [17]

Answer:

The transtheoretical model of behavior change postulates that individuals engaging in a new behavior, such as adopting a regular exercise program, move through the stages of precontemplation, contemplation, preparation, action, and maintenance.

Explanation:

The transtheoretical model of behavior change was developed in 1977. It is a result of analysis and application of several psychotherapy theories - hence the name "transtheoretical". Its purpose is to assess someone's readiness to change an unhealthy behavior, trading it for a healthier one. The stages are:

1. Precontemplation

2. Contemplation

3. Preparation

4. Action

5. Maintenance

6. Termination

The stages vary from: a person not being ready to change a harmful behavior at all --> the person thinking of the possibility and beginning to admit his behavior is unhealthy --> the person taking small steps toward change and intending to do it for good --> the person modifying their behavior openly --> the person keeping the new behavior going for over six months --> the person feeling no temptation to return to the previous harmful behavior.

Which of the following is a between the lines question? a. Who wrote this poem? c. Why write about a house? b. What is this poem
balu736 [363]

Answer:

c. Why write about a house?

Explanation:

A question can be defined as a statement that begs or requires an answer, response or reply from a respondent.

Generally, there are three (3) main types of question and these includes;

I. Rhetorical question: this is a question that expresses a person's opinion but do not require an answer, reply or response.

II. Open-ended question: this type of question requires the respondent to give a detailed explanation rather than just a yes or no response.

III. Between the lines: it involves discovering an answer that is implied but not stated explicitly. Thus, the answer to this type of question is hidden in the piece of information provided.

Hence, an example of a between the lines question is; "Why write about a house?" since the respondent would have to get the answer through deductive reasoning or drawing an inference from the information provided.
