Because if you look at the colors and you reflect it over the line you can see the orange should be clostest to the line, and the blue sould still be at the top.
Option B is wrong because you would just be picking up the trangle and moving it over the line
Option C is wrong because that is rotating it, it is asking you to reflect the image.
