PSI report is an acronym for Presentence Investigation report. The report can be likened to be a history book for phones and computers. The report is contains the history of the offenders charges and this is used by Judge in law court during sentencing. Apart from its uses in the law court it can also be used by the department of corrections and parole board. The Presentence Investigation report contains all of the options that is Medical and mental status, Summary and analysis and Military service(options 'a' to 'c').
