Answer is Pneumonia.

Pneumonia is a lung infection. It may be caused by bacteria, viruses, or fungi. Bacterial pneumonia is the most common type cause by the bacterium, Streptococcus pneumoniae. Influenza and respiratory syncytial virus are the most common viral causes of pneumonia. Pneumonia causes inflammation in the alveoli in the lungs. The alveoli fill with fluid or pus, making it difficult to breathe.

Fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, and fatigue are the symptoms of pneumonia.
