People often say they don't have the energy to exercise; however if you exercise on a regular basis, this actually increases your energy levels. Start slowly and gradually over weeks and months build up your exercise tolerance. Your final goal should be to aerobically walk for 20 minutes per day, 5 days of the week. So generally, you should exercise 3-5 times a week
