An author may choose to use a third-person narrator to tell the story from many  different perspectives.

The third-person point of view is a type of storytelling in which a narrator tells all the action of their work using a third-person pronoun such as "he" or "she."

The third-person narrator can be limited so that, the narrator only relates his or her own thoughts, feelings, and knowledge of various events in the story and other characters.

third person view is a detached person, this can be used for many reasons. it can be used to not tell you exactly what the characters are thinking and feels and rather to describe the action more.

What is the term for words from different languages that look similar and mean the same thing?
gizmo_the_mogwai [7]
Cognates are words from different languages that look similar and mean the same thing. These words are usually derived from and share the same etymological origin, which is an advantage if you're looking forward to learning a new language. For example, several words in other languages such as French and Spanish have similar appearances and meanings in English, with a few even having the same spelling.

Ipatiy [6.2K]

Answer:

It makes the imagined addressee feel more present to the reader.

Explanation:

In this poem, the author refers to his addressee as a "master poet." This master poet is most likely God. The author tells us that he cannot be "vain" and believe himself to be a good poet when he looks at how talented God is. He feels humbled by God's power and the beauty of his creations. By referring to God as another poet, the author makes Him feel more present to the reader.
