Here, the hypothesis can be based upon the factors which helps in laying eggs by the chickens such as protein intake, cage size, and light condition. Hence, D is not a suitable hypothesis for study as it is not supporting what factors support the egg laying by the chickens instead it suggests the loss of weight by the chicken due to egg laying.
