The answer is 10.9, you get that by adding 3.3 to this years rainfall amont, you get 21.8, you divode that because you want half and you get 10.9 centimeters.

Let, rainfall of last year = x

A.T.Q,

x/2 - 3.2 = 18.6

x/2 = 18.6+3.2

x/2 = 21.8

x = 21.8*2

x = 43.6
