Nutrition is extremely important to personal fitness. Because if you eat too little calories your body doesnt have enough calories to build muscle or progress. If you eat too much food with sugar, or fat or too much calories you will gain fat if your in a caloric surplus which means you eat more calories then you burn and also if you dont eat enough protein then you wont build muscle
