Answer: Ellen sold 42 cans and they sold 114 cans lastweek (both Ellen and Jordan)

Step-by-step explanation:

The oroginal ratio is 7:12 for every 12 cans ellen collects Jordan collects 7 so inorder to find the number of cans Ellen sold you have to figure out what 7 was multiplied by to get 42, and that would be 6. Then you multiply 12 by 6 and get 72 so ELlen sold 72 cans.

Now the new ratio is 42:72 when you add them together you get 114 so they sold (together) 114 cans last week.

Answer:

c=6 They sold a total of 114 cans

Step-by-step explanation: The ratio is 7:12, so last week, he sold 42 cans, meaning that you need to divide 42 by to get 6 in order to figure out the amount Ellen sold last week. Then do 6 times 12 to get 72 cans sold for Ellen. Add 72 to 42 to get 114 cans sold in total.

We need at least 3 informations.
They are similar to that of the requirements for the two triangles to be congruent.

1. Angle - Side - Angle
2. Side - Angle - Side
3. Angle - Angle - Side (this one is not easy for drawing)
4. Side - Side - Side and

Find the equation of the line. A line that is perpendicular to the graph of 3x +2y =6 and contains the point (6,-3)

9514 1404 393

Answer:

  2x -3y = 21

Step-by-step explanation:

The perpendicular line will have an equation with the x- and y-coefficients swapped and one of them negated. The constant will be the value that makes the equation true at the given point.

  3x +2y = 6 . . . . . given equation

  2x -3y = c . . . . . . coefficients swapped, one negated

  2(6) -3(-3) = c = 21 . . . . . the value of c for the given point

The desired equation is ...

  2x -3y = 21

Answer:

The net force of the brick is 0N and the brick doesn't move

Step-by-step explanation:

Both forces have the same amounts being applied to on the brick, so the forces will cancel each other out and have no effect on the brick, so the brick won't move.

Honestly I couldn't understand most of that but if one gallon of oil is needed to fry 6 potatoes, and he wants to fry 18 potatoes, then he'll end up using 3 gallons
