The Romantic Literature movement began as a reaction to the Classical Sensibility Literature of the Enlightenment period. Indeed, such literature focused only and mostly in the moral and rational aspect of characters and stories but did not really consider their emotions, their feelings, their circumstances and their motivations due to these. Romantic literature decided to focus on the psycho-emotional, reciprocal effects of the environment and the actions of the characters.
