It’s Simple, unhealthy choices - smoking, drinking, eating junk food, and not working out. Healthy choices- drinking plenty of water everyday, working out, eating healthy and watching what you eat.
Eat at least 5 portions of a variety of fruit and vegetables every day (see 5 A Day) base meals on higher fibre starchy foods like potatoes, bread, rice or pasta. have some dairy or dairy alternatives (such as soya drinks)
The people in the group are able to talk to someone about there stugggles and can even pray if they want thats i would recommend since we have a God who can fix anything
