The carbohydrate is one of the six classes of food.  The six classes of food that we have are;  fat, carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, minerals and water. Carbohydrates are made up of glucose molecules as it is a macromolecule.

These molecules are eaten for the purpose of energy because they are broken down in the body to give glucose which is a source of energy in the body.

Thus, the food that is not a good source of complex carbohydrates is milk.
