Answer:

Magna Carta inspire later documents by (C) declaring that the monarchy was subject to some limits.

Explanation:

There is no doubt of the influence Magna Carta made on the constitution, being it the first official document that mentioned people’s rights and the importance of securing them at all costs.

Magna Carta mainly focused on reaffirming the freedom of the people against an authoritarian monarch, a tradition that reflected Americans lack of confidence in centralized political power.

This means that the power and terms of references that the ruler has in his territory has wildly changed and became more limited. Due to this document, many states constitutions started including a set of declaration rights that can protect citizens and provide them with immunity from any sort of oppression.

Answer:

The government of Turkey and America is very similar. Both countries are republics with a parliamentary democracy, consisting of 3 branches of government: executive, legislative, and judicial. Both countries' age requirement to vote is 18. However, Turkish citizens have limited freedom of speech. It is a crime to insult the nation and the president. In America, however, citizens can say almost whatever they want, as long as it is not slander or a threat.
