The American Railway Union joined forces with the strikers and refused to work on or run any trains that were transporting Pullman products.

  • He promoted the acceptance of discrimination for the time being. This automatically positioned African Americans as an inferior group and could be considered as detrimental in the efforts of achieving the equality of rights among all Americans.
