im sorry i do not know all five. heres two:
general agreement (it is an opinion behind which there is a general agreement or a consensus)
general welfare (public opinion is always governed by the idea of promotion of general public welfare)
Tribunes took the place of emperors
If you didn't or don't vote your fine, it isn't required by law for people to vote but it is pushed so then you know that you have a say in your countries ruling(This is only for the USA i don't really know other countries laws)
