Ultimately, this may result in access to quality job offers.

Multicultural society gives an individual an upper hand of understanding new cultures which raise one’s awareness with regard to the world’s issues. Each and every individual desire to acquire a new experience as well as broad knowledge which is well offered by living in a multicultural society setting.

Disadvantage

There have been several arguments against living in multicultural environments. It is argued that the culture of the host society tends to fade away as a result of multiculturalism so as to embrace the different cultures. Ethnic diversity can also be viewed in a manner it affects social trust negativity. The proponent of such arguments supports the ideology of differentials, which is a belief that there is a need to differentiate different ethnicities and cultures in a multicultural society. Differentia lists are on the view that dissimilar ethnic groups and cultures are unable to coexist.

Multicultural society brings about cultural differences which may divide society. There will always exist culture fight where one cultural group have a feeling that their religion and culture is superior as compared to the other groups’. As a resultant effect, ethnic with minorities may suffer racial disadvantage on a multi-ethnic setting. Discrimination in education may also be experienced, whereby; children from minority ethnic groups may underperform due to them being in an unfamiliar environment with less recognition of their existence.

To sum this up, living in a society which is multi-ethnic has many advantages for it gives individuals a chance to experience various ways of living through the acquisition of other people’s language, custom, behaviors as well as art. Different cultures are learned by individuals who live in a multicultural environment. However, due to cultural differences in a multi-ethnic setting, there might be division in society.

The principal magistrates in the Ancient Greece were the 9 archons, who formed a corps of 10 with the secretary of the tesmótetas. The principal archons were:

- The chief or eponymous archon: he was the visible head of the State and gave his name to the year. With executive functions within the civil life of the city, it was the highest authority unless it was at war or extraordinary situation. He presided over and organized the great Dionysians and had some judicial duties: he is responsible for judicial processes.

- The archon king (basileus): was the main religious official of the state and judicially understood in religious causes. - The 6 archbishops tesmótetas: they were in charge of judicial and legal functions. They were the magistrates in charge of transcribing and guarding the sentences issued by the judges. The six tesmotetas (or depositaries of the institutions) instruct the rest of the causes and lawsuits. In the fourth century they revise and coordinate annually the set of the legislated.

In a demagogy we seek to direct the people through propaganda and discourse, that is, to convince ourselves of what is best for us through words. The thing is that we do not have fallen into a demagogy at this time, but it is true that in our democracy there is a lot of demagogy. A lot is said and little is done, and when someone does something (some of those who rule) he is criticized for it.

The Greek philosopher Plato said that it is very easy for democracy to derive towards a demagogy, practically as easy as monarchy derives towards a tyranny. To avoid the deformations of the forms of government, he proposed a new form based on the education and training of the leaders, seeking to create a political class whose work and purpose in life was "to command" and for which they had been prepared for decades.
