Cons

Non-minority individuals can sometimes feel excluded thinking that minority groups are receiving preferential treatment.

Differences in languages and physical viewpoints confuse situations and misunderstandings occur.

The cost of hiring a cultural diversity specialist can be expensive to small business owners.
