He was an American Educator, Author, orator and adviser to multiple presidents of the United States. Between 1890 and 1915, Washington was the dominant leader in the African American community. He went to  Wayland Seminary, Hampton University and Virginia Union University

For the Aztec, what was important is that the victim suffered, as they believed that the tears of the sacrificed children were important, and they made their victims suffer to make sure they cried.
