<span>It should be the government and its people. During the 20th century, a lot of cultural transformation changed and the society became obsessed with the blue-collar jobs. During this time also, the political and economic problems became to rise and gradually still existing right now. The government can actually change these problems, but if the people will not work too, the government’s effort will be put to waste.</span>
