PERSUASION- To influence or change one's opinion or belief. It can come in the form of an argument inorder to bring someone to do a particular thing or accept a particular idea or notion.

BEHAVIOUR- The way in which one conducts oneself,ones actions,choices and decisions.

Giving a speech or enlightening one to strengthen one's behavior doesn't fall into persuasion.

Behavior and way of life is something ones takes decision about without compelling him/her to do so.

To advice someone on behavior reinforcement,the individual must understand the information being passed accross, admit on the need for the strengthening of his/her behavior and willingly make choices without any form of persuasion.
