Why do you believe the poverty rate is so high in an oil-based economy like Saudi Arabia?
Anon25 [30]
The country's government may focus more on harvesting natural resources then the needs of the people. Most of the money stays with the private oil companies or the government.

state one problem that may arise when newly registered voters are not educated about the process of voting in an election
ruslelena [56]

Answer:

Congress enacted the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (also known as the "NVRA" and the "Motor Voter Act"), to enhance voting opportunities for every American. The Act has made it easier for all Americans to register to vote and to maintain their registration.A comprehensive and effective voter education effort reaches rural voters, senior citizens, and minority language speakers. Reach out to organizations early in the election cycle. Intensify voter education efforts in the months before an election. Contact groups and offer to attend meetings as a guest speaker. After increasing for many decades, there has been a trend of decreasing voter turnout in most established democracies since the 1980s. In general, low turnout is attributed to disillusionment, indifference, or a sense of futility (the perception that one's vote won't make any difference).

Answer:

D. Negative attention bias

Explanation:

The way a persons perception is affected by various factor in their attention is called attention bias.

It is a person's failure to consider alternative possibilities when occupied with existing thoughts. As it happens in smokers, they have attention bias for the cues and warning about smoking around them as their brain alters their reward sensitivity.

Similarly Rachel is also biased and only focused on the negative critique instead of positive comments so she is engaged in negative attention bias.
