The volume of a sphere is V =  4 *  \pi  * r^{2}
Substitute the volume in:
100 \pi = 4 \pi  r^{2} 

r^{2}
r = 5

Take the radius that we just calculated and use the volume formula as follows:
V =  \frac{4}{3}  \pi  r^{3}
V =  \frac{4}{3}  \pi * ( 5^{3} )
V =  \frac{4}{3}  \pi (125)
V =  \frac{500}{3}  \pi  = 166 \frac{2}{3}  \pi  ft^{3}
