The act of process of growing or progressing is known as development.

Everything around us is going or changing constantly. The world has developed in various sector like technology, medicine, farming communication etc. We are no longer leaving in the primative society so there should be a balance between different types of resources. This is all because a society need to utilise it's means and resources effectively and efficiently in order to facilities the process of development. Supply of raw materials, manpower and finance which can be utilised effectively and help in the development process are called resources. these resources are divided into 3 categories:

1. Natural resources

2. Human resources

3. Financial resources

If there will not be any balance between all the resources then all the resources will be wasted, useless and workless. Water, air, sunlight, geographical feature, hills, mountain, minerals etc are the examples of natural resources. And if natural resources are not balance then we want to be able to survive in the nation, in this country, in the world. And human resources, those resources like intellectual ability, labour skill, manpower and and such as financial are much more important and should have balance in them. If non of them are balanced then all will be destroyed and then this world cannot be exist for so long.
