A congregate meal program is a diet program for people of atleast 60years of age. This program range from 5-7 days in a week. In this tenure healthy and nutritive meal is served to the adults to meet their nutritional needs. The participation of old adults in this program will help to increase the nutrient uptake, improve status of nutrition and quality of life old adults.
