No, the agency conflict does not exist between CSI’s, CFO and the company’s shareholders.

Further Explanation:

Agency conflict:

Agency conflict means the motives of the company secretary (CS), chief financial officer (CFO) and the company’s shareholders are different. Then the conflict arises, as the company secretary (CS) and chief financial officer (CFO) takes a decision in favor of them. The shareholder and other parties' motives do not match with the decision.

Agency conflict may arise when the officer takes the decision only for the shareholder profit. The decision may affect the other parties like bondholders, customers, and suppliers. Here, the agency conflict arises which can be resolved by taking the decision in favor of all parties.

The chief financial officer manages the accounts of the company. The company secretary manages the law of the company that the company follows the law.

There is no agency conflict between the CSI’s and CFO and the company shareholder. As the CSI’s and CFO gets the bonus when the shareholder is satisfied. The main motive of a shareholder is to get more amount of dividends. if the shareholder is satisfied, the CS and CFO get a high bonus. That’s why there is no agency conflict.

Gwar [14]

Answer:

No option is correct, since you will have 200 shares and each share should be worth around $60.

Explanation:

If the 2-for-1 stock split takes place then you will have 200 shares instead of 100. For every 1 share that you currently own, the corporation will issue another share.

Since the price of the shares was $120 before the stock split, after the stock split the price will be divided by two (the same proportion). So each new share will cost approximately $60.

In order for option 2 to be correct, the stock spit should have been 3-for-1.

Suppose a closed economy. Suppose there are a farmer, a baker and the consumers residing in this economy. Flour and bread are th
Darya [45]

Answer:

The total spending on all final goods and services produced is equal to $154,000.

Explanation:

The total spending on all final goods and services produced can be calculated as follows:

Total spending = Amount paid by consumers to farmer for flour + Amount paid by consumers to baker for bread + Government spending on hiring consumers ...................... (1)

Where;

Amount paid by consumers to farmer for flour = $20,000

Amount paid by consumers to baker for bread = $120,000

Government spending on hiring consumers = $14,000

Substituting the values into equation (1), we have:

Total spending = $20,000 + $120,000 + $14,000 = $154,000

Therefore, the total spending on all final goods and services produced is equal to $154,000.

lys-0071 [83]

Answer:

QUESTION 1:

The horizontal axis measures an economy's real GDP- 3

QUESTION 2:

As price level rises, imports become relatively cheaper than domestically produced goods- 1

Explanation:

QUESTION 1

The horizontal axis of the aggregate demand and aggregate supply measures an economy's real GDP. The GDP is the sum of all the final goods and services produced in the economy while the vertical axis of an aggregate supply and aggregate demand diagram measures the price index level.

QUESTION 2

When domestic interest rate is low compared to foreign interest rates, domestic investors invest in foreign countries where return on investments is higher. Increased outflow of currency to foreign countries, causes a decrease in real exchange rate. This decrease, increases net exports. This then, increases aggregate demand. As the price level drops, interest rates fall, investment in foreign countries becomes increased, real exchange rate falls, net exports increases and the aggregate demand then increases.

d1i1m1o1n [39]

The family of the boy will most likely sue the Gregors for not putting a fence around the pool in their backyard due to which their child has been injured.

What is a fence?

A fence is a structure built outside an area to cover it so that no one can escape or enter that area. It is a kind of a railing or a barrier usually made up of wood, wire, or steel bars.

If the Gregor family has put the fence around the pool in their backyard, then a ten-year-old boy can't able to enter the pool area which ultimately results in no injury to the boy. But the Gregor family has denied putting the fence which makes the ten-year-old injured when he jumps into the pool area.

Therefore, the injured boy's family will sue the Gregor family for not putting a fence around the pool area.
