The proposal where the bigger earner pays more taxes than the less earner. This is best to accomplish the goal.

EXPLANATION

A tax refers to a compulsory financial charge that is paid to the taxpayer, usually is the legal entity like the governmental organization. The purpose of a tax is in order to fund various public expenditures. If a person fails to pay for taxes, either directly or indirectly, they will be punishable by law. Other than failing to pay, resistance and evasion to pay are also punishable by law.

Taxes can refer to direct or indirect ones, it can be paid by money or by labor with the same amount of money that has to be paid. The first taxation is applied in Ancient Egypt, and from around 3000-2800 BC.

A lot of countries have their own tax system. The tax system is used to pay for the public, agreed, and common national needs. Taxes are also used to pay for government functions. Most of the tax system is for a person to pay taxes based on their annual income amounts. Not only individual but most countries also charge corporate income as well. Other than income taxes, governments also take inheritance taxes, gift taxes, wealth taxes, sales taxes, payroll taxes, property taxes, and other taxes as well.

In the economic field, the term taxation itself refers to the transfer of wealth from the individual or corporate to the government. Taxation is a highly debatable topic because people debate whether it can increase or reduce economic growth.

Who is an easy child?

 • They are usually smiling and in the mood to learn something new.
 • They don't mind sticking to routines.

Juanita sticks to her routines and enjoys learning new things. She also wakes up smiling. She is therefore an easy child unlike a slow-to-warm child who doesn't learn things as fast.

White raven [17]

Answer:

Companies act in immoral ways to drive profits. By hiring people from 3rd world countries, they have to follow less strict labor laws, minimum wage laws, etc. This is why child labor is so prevalent around poorer asian countries, because they have less strict laws and they can be paid pennies per hour.

Companies drive to act more ethically because it makes their public image look better, preventing boycotts and making customers want to "choose them" simply due to the fact that they are fair on the environment and their employees.
