He often experiences sudden, uncontrolled outbursts of anger. Tipah has attacked and injured many people during these fits of rage. His family claims that Tipah usually seems emotionally withdrawn before the onset of these attacks. Amok is a culturally related disorder. It is a psychological disorder. It occurs in Malay people specifically in males. This disorder consists basically of an outburst of madness. It is found in some Asian countries.

When the person found himself in a murderous rampage, run into the street and attack the people who come in between his path. It is a psychiatric illness. In other words, it can be explained as the person who found himself in such a frenzy murderous situation, he deadly runs and kill all people who come in his way.  

Thus in the above statement, Tipah according to villagers was suffering from a cultural syndrome that is called Amok.

The Mundial Bank classifies a country as developed, developing and undeveloped according to the high, medium or low per capita income of its population.

Developed Country:  It has a high develop level because it has a very good life quality in its population through high incomes, education, and sanity. Example: United States, Europe, Australia.

Developing Country: It has a medium develop level, it has scarcity in quality life because the incomes per capita aren’t enough and so there are low food levels. Example: Brazil, Russia, China.

Undeveloped Country: It doesn’t reach human developed either cultural nor economic. These countries are related to poverty and are called <em>“Third world countries”</em>. Example: Burundi or Sierra Leone
