Answer: The correct answer is- 50 percent Tt, 50 percent tt.

In pea plants tallness ( depicted by T allele) is a dominant trait over shortness ( depicted by t allele), which is a recessive trait. The possible genotypes of tall are Tt and TT whereas for short plant is tt.

As per the question, genotype of parents is - tt ( homozygpus short) and Tt ( heterozygous tall).

The gametes produced by tt are 't' and 't' whereas by Tt are 'T' and 't'.

When these parents are crossed, they will produce 50 percent Tt, 50 percent tt offsprings.

In fast-twitch oxidative-glycolytic fibers, their rapid increases in force rely on the ________ activity where rapid relaxation
Kitty [74]

Answer:

1. myosin ATPase

2. Ca2+-ATPase

Explanation:

ATPase activity of myosin head hydrolysis ATP and energize the myosin head. The energized myosin head forms cross bridges to facilitate the power stroke of muscle contraction. The fast-twitch oxidative-glycolytic fibers have the ability to produce ATP by aerobic respiration.

These fibers have the ATPase in their myosin heads that hydrolyze ATP three to five times faster than the myosin ATPase in slow fibers. This ensures the faster speed of contraction of these fast-twitch muscle fibers.

During their relaxation, Ca2+ ATPase pumps the calcium ions back to the sarcoplasmic reticulum. As the level of Ca2+ ions in the sarcoplasm decreases, calcium ions are released from troponin. Tropomyosin is allowed to cover the myosin-binding sites on actin and the muscle fiber relaxes faster.

The German Cockroach is more closely related to the American Cockroach than it is to the Desert Cockroach.
Mnenie [13.5K]

German roaches have flat bodies with six legs, two antennae projecting from their heads, and flat bodies, just like their American cousins and other cockroach species. Contrarily, American cockroaches are typically reddish-brown in appearance and develop to a length and width of around an inch and a half.

What is Cockroach?

Cockroaches are an insect paraphyletic category that includes all Blattodea members with the exception of termites. Only about 30 of the 4,600 cockroach species have any connection to habitations by people. Some species are infamous for developing pest problems.

Cell membrane is important for microorganism because of it separate things outside cells and inside cells. This way, the cell can keep electrolyte and other useful things like carbohydrate and proteins. The cells also dump toxins and dangerous chemical that it produce outside the membrane so it won't damage organs inside the cells.

Why plants Bend and grow towards a light source
Hitman42 [59]
HEYA !!!!

Under normal light conditions auxins are spread out in the plant. But when sunlight varies, auxin is broken down on the sunnier side of the stem. The higher concentration of auxin on the shady side causes the plant cells on that side to grow more so it bendstoward the light.

Hope it helps you..
