Answer:  148/13 or (5 9/13) + (5 9/13) = 11.3846153846

Simplify the following:

5 + 9/13 + 5 + 9/13

Put 5 + 9/13 + 5 + 9/13 over the common denominator 13. 5 + 9/13 + 5 + 9/13 = (13×5)/13 + 9/13 + (13×5)/13 + 9/13:

(13×5)/13 + 9/13 + (13×5)/13 + 9/13

13×5 = 65:

65/13 + 9/13 + (13×5)/13 + 9/13

13×5 = 65:

65/13 + 9/13 + 65/13 + 9/13

65/13 + 9/13 + 65/13 + 9/13 = (65 + 9 + 65 + 9)/13:

(65 + 9 + 65 + 9)/13

You have to add those two together, so your problem would look like this:

5 (your whole mumber)

9/13 (your fraction)

5 9/13 + 5 9/13 = 10 - the whole number

9/13 + 9/13 = 18/13 since the denomentator always stays the same! (the bottom half) so, we have to make 18/13 a proper fraction since its mixed right now. To do that, we need to subtract the numerator (the top) and the denomentator to see how many times 13 can go into 18. So what you do is 18-13 and you get 5 left. It only went in once, so you would add to your whole number you had previously which was 10. You get 11, and since you had left your fraction would look like 5/13.

Therefore, your answer would be 11 5/13.

Hope this helped!

Lines c and d are parallel lines cut by transversal p.
lilavasa [31]

Answer:

Option (B).

Step-by-step explanation:

Here there are two parallel lines c and d cuts by a transversal p.

The angles are formed as shown in diagram.

Here,

\angle 1 = \angle 7 (alternate)\\\\\angle 2 = \angle 6 (corresponding)\\\\\angle 3 = \angle 5 (alternate)\\\\\angle 5 = \angle 7 (alternate)

So, the option (B) is correct.

PLEASE HELP!!! So the answer I got was 19.14 however that is not the correct answer. How do I solve this problem. Not sure what
Mamont248 [21]

Check the picture below.

so we know the radius of the semicircle is 2 and the rectangle below it is really a 4x4 square, so let's just get their separate areas and add them up.

\stackrel{\textit{area of the semicircle}}{\cfrac{1}{2}\pi r^2}\implies \cfrac{1}{2}(\stackrel{\pi }{3.14})(2)^2\implies 3.14\cdot 2\implies 6.28 \\\\\\ \stackrel{\textit{area of the square}}{(4)(4)}\implies 16 \\\\[-0.35em] ~\dotfill\\\\ ~\hfill \stackrel{\textit{sum of both areas}}{16+6.28=22.28}~\hfill

Describe a triangle for which the centroid, circumcenter, incenter, and orthocenter are the same point. What features of this tr
hjlf

Answer:

An equilateral triangle

Step-by-step explanation:

Because an equilateral has a feature that all sides have the same length and all angles are of the same, it does not matter from which side and peak the centroid, circumcenter, incenter and orthocenter is created, they would always end up at the same point.
