The fact that Oxana Malaya was raised by dogs and that she would engage in very doglike behaviors (before being resocialized) illustrates the idea of how she learned from the dogs and she acquired doglike behaviors.

Therefore, this is an example of how we, as humans, are not born with a culture but rather that culture is learned.
