Answer:

Landforms: Mountains and Plateaus.

East Asia stretches from the western provinces of China to the eastern coast of Japan. Mongolia, Taiwan, North Korea, and South Korea are the other countries in the region. East Asia includes high mountains, vast deserts, cold climates, and Pacific waters. The mostly rugged terrain was formed by the collision of tectonic plates. One result of these natural barriers was to limit people's movement and increase their isolation.

How did the manifest destiny deepen divisions among us citizens ?
jeka57 [31]
The correct answer is "By igniting debate over the expansion of slavery."

Every time the US wanted to add another state to our country, the issue of slavery would inevitable come up. This caused a huge division between Northerners and Southerners. Congress tried to compromise on this issue several times by making laws like the Missouri Compromise, Compromise of 1850, and the Kansas-Nebraska Act. However, these all failed at solving the issue and only lead to more tension between the North and South.
