People who are passionate about flying should get their pilot’s license, but they should get the proper training.
The author highlights why he was so determined to learn to fly. by describing the freedom to fly wherever he wants, the author highlights the thrill he feels when he flies.

What is the feeling when you are in the airplane?

Empties your energy tank. Air pressure is lower at higher altitudes, which means your body takes in less oxygen. Airlines “pressurize” the air in the cabin, but not to sea-level pressures, so there's still less oxygen getting to your body when you fly, which can make you feel drained or even short of breath.

what about yours?
Not quite 200 words, but I'm sure you can add a couple sentences and then you'll be good to go:
When one counts their blessings, it
may be easy to overlook good health as a blessing, for people often do not
realize the worth of something until it is gone. For example, someone may not
realize how much they value another person until they’ve lost them. Likewise,
sometimes we forget what a blessing health is until we become ill or injured.
Some blessings are given to us, and
some are cultivated. Some people have a harder time maintaining a healthy
lifestyle than others, due to genetics or socioeconomic status. In the case of
genetics, some people were fortunate enough to be born with good genetics,
whereas some people have a greater predisposition towards certain disorders and have weaker immune systems. People who live in poverty also have difficulty
maintaining good health, for they do not always have the luxury of having free
time to exercise, access to fresh, healthy foods, or the money to receive
adequate healthcare. Therefore, health is a blessing because it reflects how
fortunate someone is in multiple aspects of life.
In response to the poem written by the shepherd to his love, the nymph is saying that his lovely idea of what life will be like together will quickly turn ugly.
The shepherd has promised his love all the beauty of nature...the waterfalls and flowers and glades and warmth of the sun, but the nymph reminds him that these things are fleeting and seasonal. Quickly the warmth of summer will be over, there will be no sheep in the fields and the meandering streams of summer will turn to cold raging rivers of winter and spring. Their love would be the same because it is based on his imagination and not reality.
