Heart rate Zone

Explanation:

 • Sandra's target heart rate zone is 135bpm - 172bpm and Marissa's target heart rate zone is 143bpm - 176bpm.
 • Both count the heart rate zone is about 144 bpm and if they are stop playing basket ball it will decrease their heart rate zone by 20 bpm. So the total heart rate zone of both count is 144 - 20 bpm= 124 bpm.
 • It means that the heart rate zone (124 bpm) is less than both target heart rate zone of Sandra & Marissa
 • Hence, the right answer is "neither Sandra nor Marissa will be in THR zone"
