Advantage of web based training

  • There is user's flexibility as modules can be attended at any time and can take enough time
  • There is no limit for number of students as multiple users can be trained at a time

Disadvantage web based training

  • Learning is limited as confusion related to concept aren't entertained immediately
  • Learners can learn only the content that is present in the module
  • Cross learning is missing

Audience factors to be considered in web based training

  • Not all learners is tech friendly , so might be difficult to some students
  • Should use simple language
  • Detailed explanation should be present

<u>Face to face training </u>

Advantage of Face to Face training

  • Cross learning from co-student is one of important feature of face to face training.
  • Learner can take direct advantage of teacher experience
  • Confusion can be immediately entertained

Disadvantage of Face to Face learning:

  • Training is bound to time.
  • Only a limited number of students can be trained at a time.
  • Face to face training has its own pace; therefore, slow learner may suffer.
