  • Cross learning is missing

Audience factors to be considered in web based training

  • Should use simple language

Advantage of Face to Face training

  • Cross learning from co-student is one of important feature of face to face training.
  • Learner can take direct advantage of teacher experience
  • Confusion can be immediately entertained

Disadvantage of Face to Face learning:

  • Training is bound to time.
  • Only a limited number of students can be trained at a time.
  • Face to face training has its own pace; therefore, slow learner may suffer.
