to be honest its both but the best answer is b ..... because if the whole school reads the paper then they would see her story and will read it...
The answer is, "A friend invites a tern to a party where there are drugs."
My first thought was, "A teen feels depressed and decides to try drugs."
Until I looked up the definition of "External". by definition it means. "The outward features of something."
So this means that it has nothing to do with the inside of teen when it comes to being depressed.
some can External something away such as drugs.
