The correct answer is: "He restored confidence in the government and banks"

The Fireside Chats were 30 evening radio programs conducted by President Franklin D. Roosevelt between 1933 and 1944. He communicated directly with citizens, covering the major issues that affected the US during those years, specially: the recession, the policies implemented by the goverment to deal with it, such as the Emergency Banking Act or the New Deal and, of course, he also delivered needs from WWII, acting as a connection between the battlefield and the civilians that stood back home.

This practice redefined the relationship between the president and the US people, and it ensured the Roosevelt a good consideration as he was a good communicator and citizens felt safe when they listened about serious issues directly from him. He used such influence to restore the confidence of citizens on the banking system after the crash, for example, he explained why he had declared a holiday of several days for the banking sector, what had happened, what people should or should not do in such situation.

Vitek1552 [10]

In the weighted point product evaluation method, if more than one support person evaluates competing products, the score a product receives is usually the average score of all evaluators.

The weighted point product evaluation method, or Kepner-Tregoe method, compares technology products according to criteria of predefined importance, such as their cost or how easy they are for the consumer to use. The result is a numerical score for each competing product; the "winner" being the product with the highest score.

The people conducting the evaluations can of course disagree. In this case, a product's final score is the average of the different evaluators' scores for this product.

Zepler [3.9K]
The visualization step allows the audience to imagine what will happen if the speaker's plan is implemented and is successful.

When a speaker is talking to an audience they are trying to capture them by painting a picture in their head. Their goal is to capture them and make them 'see' what they are talking about. When you are able to visualize it, you can see something that isn't actually right in front of you.

Given the data in the chart above, which statement explains why these three countries would benefit from specialization and trad
Kisachek [45]

Answer: b. No country has an absolute advantage in all activities.

Explanation:

Looking at the graph chart presented, we can tell that no country has an absolute advantage (taking less hours to produce a good) for both the production of olive oil and wine.

This means that the countries with better absolute advantages in one area should focus on those activities and then trade this good with the other country for the other good that they do not have an absolute advantage in.

Note: Comparative advantage is a better measure for when countries need to specialize but due to the option I explained with absolute advantage.
