Weathering breaks down and loosens the surface minerals of rock so they can be transported away by agents of erosion such as water, wind and ice. There are two types of weathering: mechanical and chemical.
The atmospheric temperature (varying according to pressure and humidity) below which water droplets begin to condense and dew can form.
I’m assuming the six kingdoms of life, but yes they do have a very large purpose for providing characteristics to bacteria, animals, fungi, humans, etc.
