The answers would be: levels of cortisol increase, breathing increases, immunity temporarily boosts. Cortisol levels rise when you feel stress. Cortisol will be activated to help fight of illness and disease making you temporarily used to it. During stress, heart rate and breathing increases and adrenaline levels go up.
