Wellbeing is a term we use to refer to the state of being happy, comfortable, and healthy. One factor that may cause damage to this state is being in an unhealthy environment. This may be in terms of food, location, job, and others. Another is being in a toxic relationship which may also be from opposite sex, family, friends, or mere acquaintances.
