Let

x-------> Amy's monthly rent

y-------> Amy's monthly income

we know that

x= \frac{1}{4}y -----> equation 1

x=\$1200 -----> equation 2

substitute equation 2 in equation 1

1200= \frac{1}{4}y\\ y=4*1200 \\y=\$4,800

therefore

<u>the answer is</u>

Amy's monthly income is \$4,800

Karolina [17]

Answer:

m=2/3, b=12

Step-by-step explanation:

When you see an equation in this format, it's called slope-intercept form (y=mx+b, with m being slope and b being y-intercept). So in this case, by looking at our formula, we can tell right away that our slope, or m, is 2/3 and our y-intercept, or b, is 12. HTH :)

AnnZ [28]

Answer:

Normally, Acceleration due to gravity is

9.8m/s^2\\

or

10m/s^2

Step-by-step explanation:

From the web

These two laws lead to the most useful form of the formula for calculating acceleration due to gravity: g = G*M/R^2, where g is the acceleration due to gravity, G is the universal gravitational constant, M is mass, and R is distance
