Generally speaking it would be "flexibility" that is is a component of skill related fitness, since this not only allows you to be a better athlete--it also helps insure that you won't injure yourself.

Balance is the ability to maintain a given posture in stationary and moving situations, to be able to stay level and stable. It is important because it prevents game players from falling over at speed.

An example of Agility is dodging in football

An example of speed is 100 meters sprint

An example of reaction time is smashing in sprint starter in swimming

An example of balance is dribbling in hockey

An example of power is smashing in badminton

An example of coordination is tennis.
