With my knowledge and opinion, I feel the correct answer is <u>Honduras</u>, mostly because apart from being a developing country, most schools are really poor. Also (maybe not related), even being at school is very dangerous because of gangs and murders that happen around. Nicaragua comes a little close, but I still think it's Honduras.
