The people believed that First national bank was unconstitutional and the powers are vested in the hands of federal government.

<u> </u><u>Explanation: </u>

The bank of United States was constituted in the year 1791 to have control over the federal funds and to act as a government’s financial agent. Many people where of the opinion that formation of First National bank is unconstitutional because states had limited power to control over the monitory policies.

They have formulated a rule that gives too much power to the federal government and it was made act as the financial agent. Another issue is that of creation of common currency because every state had their currency in place. This was also one the reason why the states have opposed for First National Bank.
